Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually in boxes of 18 kg. We select bunches, de-stem and cover them in tanks, and then proceed to maceration and fermentation for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C to maximize their aroma and flavor.
Tasting Notes: Young Tannat, bright with an intense violet color with blue flashes. Delicate fresh aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits such as quinces and figs. In the mouth it is friendly and powerful, with very good structure. Sweet and firm tannins that accompany a long finish. Ideal to be paired with all kinds of spicy meats, as well as pot meals.
