The Marie-Clothilde cuvée comes from old Mondeuse vines on clay-limestone soils bordering the Château de Chignin. Partially vinified in whole harvests, the aging takes place in demi-muids.
The nose of Marie Clothilde 2018 offers us notes of fresh black fruit jam and mint. Spices take over on the second nose. On the palate, the attack is supple and fresh, developing on a gourmet body with vibrant tannins.
