- When you swirl this in your glass and get your first notes - you will get a hint of the Mediterranean, a slight sea salt note along with citrus and honeysuckle. On the palate, you get distinct lemon and pear notes along with crisp acidity and a dash of salinity. There is a pleasant almond note on the finish.
