Getting to know you wine in a different way
To start, each participant will have 7 glasses in. front of them. 5 glasses will be filled with pure expressions of the the 5 classic red Bordeaux varietals.
As a group we will taste each one and then start blending them together into one of the empty glasses.
Showcasing how 1+1=3 when it comes to building a Napa Valley blend.
Then, each guest will build their own custom blend to be submitted blind and judged for a chance to wine a free bottle.
